So what is never knows best...? It is what Mamimi, from FLCL, has written on her cigarettes. And now, I co-opted it for this stupid blog.

Since I liked it, and the taste is still fresh in my memories, I feel it's important enough to repeat in the normal blog:

DSC:Washington chicken and a half pint of some IPA. Best chicken I can ever recall eating. It was a oven roasted chicken with some pickled kumquat pieces on the side (those tasted kinda weird), some brussel sprouts (kinda too cooked to be very good, but still acceptable), and mashed potatoes. The chicken had a nice almost duck-like skin that was tasty. It's really cool how there are restaurants that serve a full menu that late. Palace Kitchen does it 'til 1 AM everyday, which I find pretty unbelievable considering how most places in Berkeley close at 9. Another highlight were the olives (sadly only 3 of them) that came in the olive oil + vinegar dip that came with the bread.
