Lost In The Supermarket [The Clash]
More random Mayday (too lazy to do Chinese right now) related stuff, while atually looking for The Pillows related stuff:
She apparently also had a concert write up for the San Jose Mercury News too, but I guess I missed it in my non-newspaper reading'ness. Thing is I don't really like her articles, from ones I remember reading before they seem to be a little to centered on and nice to pop acts to me (i.e. comparing to Good Charlotte is a pretty mean thing to say about a band to me, but she might think of it as a compliment).
I went into the concert unsure how they would sound live, but they rocked! Like a true pop band, Mayday changed five times from furry Mongolian robes to golden vests. They pounded on Chinese drums, sang love ballads and sang a duet dueted with Malaysian singer Fish Leong.
