So what is never knows best...? It is what Mamimi, from FLCL, has written on her cigarettes. And now, I co-opted it for this stupid blog.

Some random recollections from the last month:
Tea is always better than water. In China, I probably drank something like 16 of those small cups of tea a day, and felt all the better for it. And tea is one of the few things I brought back from there, that red tea is going to be good drinking.
My beer drinking limit for remaining coherent is about 4 beers over the course of a couple hours. Which is about right, it is probably about how much liquid I can force myself to in that amount of time. Wine is probably around 3 glasses, and sake did not seem to do all that much after a bottle. After that much alcohol, I should not drive, but I am more than fine enough to walk. One thing to note is that I never was hung over, or inebriate to the point of puking, so you will not hear too much crap about me in Charlotte.
Running on a treadmill is a weird thing. In China, I think I ran about 3 miles in 25 minutes without feeling all that crappy. In Charlotte, I could only run something like 1.5 miles in 15 minutes, and after that I would feel totally winded. That and treadmill running every other day, did not really help me lose any weight.
More of a recent thing, Snow Patrol's Run is a really nice song. Nicer than Collective Soul's Run. It makes me want to go buy their CD.
More pending, this post has already taken something like 30 minutes to write, so now I need to run off and do other things.
